You will receive a private, detailed written reading delivered directly to your Etsy Messages inbox, either as a direct message or a PDF, depending on the listing you selected. Most readings are delivered within 1 to 3 hours, and often within 1 hour, during working hours. What are the working hours and timezone?

Orders are processed live in Pacific Time — Los Angeles. Hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT, seven days a week. If you place an order after 6:00 PM Los Angeles time, it will be completed first thing in the next working window. Same-hour delivery is a working habit during these hours — not a promise that an order at two in the morning will land in sixty minutes.

What should I write in the personalization box?

For tarot and intuitive readings: your first name plus your focus area, such as love, career, or life path. For mediumship: your first name plus the first name of the loved one. For a ritual or energy-work listing on Etsy: a brief sentence stating your specific intention. Keep the note short and true. The listing you buy should match the question you ask.

Is this a physical item?

No physical item will be shipped. Your reading is digital and delivered through Etsy Messages. If Etsy asks for a shipping address at checkout, you can ignore it — delivery is handled online.

You can ask about love, relationships, someone’s true feelings, career, money, family, life direction, timing, a yes-or-no fork, or any situation where you need honest, grounded clarity. Match your question to the listing you purchased — love with love, career with career, mediumship with medium, and so on — so the energy of the sitting stays on one subject. Mama Maria will not diagnose a medical condition, replace a lawyer, or sell you a blocked-energy cleanse.

Because each sitting is personalized digital work, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued once a reading has been delivered.
